Adolescence is a pathway that leads to adulthood. Adolescents undergo a series of bodily, psychological and social changes that include the start of reproductive life and often sexual life. For this reason, an initial gynecological assessment, usually between the ages of 13 and 15, is essential for getting to know your own body, as well as for counseling and monitoring pathology and any discomforts/complaints of this phase.
